1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://kt4performance.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on KT4 Performance’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The materials appearing on KT4 Performance website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. KT4 Performance does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. KT4 Performance may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However KT4 Performance does not make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CO and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

RETURN POLICY

Customer is entitled to return non-customized, non-special order, products within 30 days from the date- of delivery. This is separate from returns for manufacturer defect. In order to return a product to KT4 Perfromance, the product must be unused and remain in undamaged and sealed original packaging, as well as match the current design and packaging for the product at the time of return, unless otherwise stated in the product page of the KT4 Performance website.

In the event that the wrong part was ordered by the customer or shipped by the manufacturer, please contact KT4 Performance immediately via email at info@kt4performance.com to discuss the circumstances before returning any products. Anything returned without prior authorization from KT4 Performance will be refused. All returns must be sent back fully prepaid. Our Head of Customer Service will issue a return authorization notice that must accompany any return. A copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation must accompany all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credits given after 30 days.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

KT4 Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after it has shipped from warehousing. In the even that an item arrives damaged, KT4 Performance must be notified within 3 days of delivery and a damage claim must be submitted to the freight or shipping provider.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

KT4 Performance reserves the right to charge a handling fee on every order being shipped from our facilities. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited.

A 8% sales tax will be implemented for every purchase made by a Colorado resident. This fee will be charged for in-house installations and products purchased online, or via email, this fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS

If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.

CANCELLATIONS

It is the right of the customer to cancel any order up until the time that the order ships. Cancellation fees may be assessed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Once the order has shipped, any cancellation requests will be treated as a product return and may be subject to re-stocking fees. No cancellations will be accepted on orders that include custom or made-to-order parts once work has begun on the specified parts.

Any refunded payments – in part or in full – are payable solely at the discretion of KT4 Performance. All goods remain the property of KT4 Performance until full and final payments have been received. KT4 Performance reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason and at any time, at our sole discretion.

RESTOCKING FEES

KT4 Performance reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on any opened box item.

Explanation of some circumstances:

Returns over 30 days after invoice date. No returns unless prior approval. Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns.
Unauthorized / Other Returns: Please contact us for a Return Authorization Notice. Returns received without an R.A. will be charged a restocking fee.
